Terms and Conditions

  1.  General Terms:  By leaving your vehicle with our auto repair shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  2. Estimates and Approval:   All repair work will be performed based on the estimate provided to you. Additional repairs required beyond the original estimate will be communicated for your approval before any work is commenced.  
  3. Payment Terms:   Payment in full is required upon completion of repairs unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit card, and credit card. A surcharge of  3.5%  will be applied to all payments made via credit or debit card to cover payment processing. 
  4. 4. Extended Storage and Non-Payment:  Vehicles left at the shop for more than 36 hours after notification of completed repairs, without full payment or prior arrangement, will incur a daily storage fee of $25.00 per day.  Vehicles left for 10 days without payment or communication will be considered abandoned. Ownership of the vehicle will then transfer to C-A-R-S-S the auto repair shop, and we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to recoup the cost of repairs and any storage fees incurred. 
  5. Warranty and Liability:  We provide a  warranty on all parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or neglect. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective parts or workmanship within the warranty period. 
  6. Personal Items:  Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before leaving it with us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. 
  7. Customer Expectations and Responsibilities:  You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and any issues it may have. You must follow all laws and regulations when interacting with our staff and using our services. Unlawful behavior, bullying, promotions, spam, or any other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 
  8. Intellectual Property and Copyright:  All content provided by our auto repair shop, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited. Customers must respect our intellectual property and not use it for commercial purposes without our express permission.
  9. Service Withdrawal and Account Management:  We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at our discretion, especially if terms are violated. We may disable user accounts if unlawful or inappropriate behavior is detected. 
  10. Website and Information Accuracy:  We strive to ensure that all information provided, including on our website, is accurate and up-to-date. However, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or downtime that may occur.
  11. Disputes and Legal:  Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
